On DAY2, in the morning time, you will have the chance to visit the Galleria Uffizi that is one of the most famous museums in the world given the rich amount of unique artworks and masterpieces conserved within its walls, the majority from the Renaissance period. Located in the heart of Florence, the Uffizi Gallery hosts works of art by great Italian artists. The Uffizi, together with the Vatican Museums in Rome, are the top two most visited museums in Italy by visitors from all across the world. By walk you will reach the Palazzo Vecchio, Town hall of Florence, where faith and science join together with breathless revelations. This will lead the way through the beautiful Salone dei 500 and the Museum of Palazzo Vecchio. We will also admire the Hall of Geographical Maps, the balconies and Dante’s death Mask. In the afternoon, you will go shopping with our chef at the central food market picking up the ingredients for your dinner. You will meet the butchers, the bakers, and the farmers selling vegetables from their gardens. You will learn how to distinguish the highest quality ingredients and taste local foods and\n wines! After this fun experience, you will reach our home-like professional location and you will start putting your hands on the ingredients to create your own meal, driven by the expert guidance of our Chef. Your menu may slightly vary depending on the season and the fresh ingredients available. You will obviously eat the meal you prepared yourself, accompanied with two glasses of a selection of Chianti wine. As you will eat your own food, you had better be an attentive student while the Chef is teaching!
